Attention:  Reg CC Funds Availability Disclosure Addendum below.  This change of terms allows your funds to be available sooner in some cases.  This change affects paper items deposited and has no effect on direct deposit availability.

Reg CC Funds Availability Disclosure Addendum

Effective 2-26-10, the following changes are effective regarding longer delays that may apply.

In some cases we may not make all the funds you deposit available until the 2nd business day after the day of your deposit.  The first $100 will be available the next day.

In addition, funds may be delayed even longer under certain circumstances.  If we notify you of a delay of funds for a certain reason, those funds will generally be available no later than the 7th business day after the day of your deposit.

 Janesville State Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program.  Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.  Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

 FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor has been extended through December 31, 2013.
